How Can You Stop Stressing When Your Life Is Stress Free?

3 Nov

Think about yourself as being the gardener of your life. You are the just one with the key to the particular garden’s gate and your garden will only nourish the seeds that you grow. When you try to get rid of stress from your existence, it is just like pulling weeds from your garden. For awhile, your garden will be weed free, your garden isn’t even really a garden. It’s really a plain patch of dirt because very little else was growing. So it is with your life, as well. If your life has always been stressful, and then you remove the stress, your life can suddenly feel as plain as that patch of dirt. And that may be terrifying. Unless you bring new feelings and activities into your life, it’ll be easy to let the tension worm its way back in. It is easy due to the fact stress is familiar. Likewise, if you don’t grow new seeds in the fresh dirt, then weeds will come back since they have no competition from other flowers inside the garden.

Once the unwanted weeds are yanked out, you may get stuck trying to decide what to plant inside your garden. It is tough to imagine what a healthy and thriving back garden would look like. Also, when you remove the drama and stress from the life, it can be hard to figure out how to enjoy life. In the event you could figure out how to destress, after that what would a stress free life look like? How would you react if you weren’t pulling the weeds associated with stress from your lifestyle? Such questions can be unsettling because you don’t know the answers. It could be hard to figure out how to enjoy life and have authentic happiness. It’s easier to stay frozen and leave a garden, like your life, unplanted. authentic happiness
